Exceptional cooling by design
The AK620 features a precision-machined convex copper base and six copper heat pipes that an upgrade to DeepCool's newest Core Touch Technology 2.0 dramatically improves cooling capacity. The heatpipes have been optimized and laid out to promote the best possible thermal transfer through the nickel-plated coldplate from the CPU IHS. CTT 2.0 provides a bump in cooling performance. The dense matrix fin array in a dual tower heat sink layout offers better efficiency for high performance systems.
